One thing that I'm not clear on... When looking for "24 hour support" are we
talking systems maintenance people, or are we talking phone support?
(Keeping in mind that 99% of the time, when the system breaks, the phone guy
is powerless except to page the appropriate person.  And emergency contact
information is on the website, is it not?)
