Hello David,

Resources in this world are always limited. So that is not the best
assumption to go with.
The real question is how limited are the resources (manpower,time, etc) in
relation to the importance of the additional features.

Right now the web based system is already in place and works. So OpenSRS
could conceivably design the email template system in addition to the
existing web based system ... instead of as a *replacement* to it. I
actually think just a replacement is a bad idea. Not everyone is comfortable
working with email templates ... :(

All this of course only matters if enough RSPs think it is even a useful
addition/replacement :D
(and if OpenSRS buys into the idea!)
