Richard, you're under-estimating me here.  I am aware of headers, and I
could very easily forge those, too.  If you want proof, I'll take five

That's the same as the junk fax rules.  But the last time I trusted a
government to define a technological term... well let's just say I was in
diapers.

Yes, but if I have *any* control over the servers in question, I can make
it look  like it was just an open relay...

You'd be surprised at what I've seen in spam headers.  Remember these guys
are working for money... :-)#
