This will definitely be a service that customers expect us to be able to offer. I know that the .name registry is a bit out of sorts at the moment, but please keep the pressure on them to offer this upgrade as a normal part of their product. Customers will not understand - and they would be correct in their thinking - when the registry processes for this make it impossible or financially unattractive.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is the format that .name domain holders will expect.
