Greg, you're not saying it, but I suspect you're using the password2.cgi script from sendpassword.zip in the "unsupported" directory at the client code download page, because that's the only thing I can think of that uses that exact phrase in its output. The first thing you should do is verify that the password you've configured in that script is indeed your RWI password. If not, there's your problem. If it is, you can probably find out exactly what's happening by adding some code to the password2.cgi script that stores RWI output in temporary files, and the solution will only be the result of the forensic evidence from the failure.
