Hi all, I was wondering if there were any guidelines for the amount of time you must reasonably wait for an IPS tag change to be undertaken by a losing registrar?
We have so far been waiting 5 days for one to be conducted, with no end in sight as yet. We all know this is a very simple procedure but their support department say this can be 'weeks'?
