Sounds good. I'd just add this: that I don't think anyone is expecting you to incorporate *all* of the good ideas that have been and will be floated on this list and in the PiratePad. In other words, you can be ruthless in your culling, to distill this down to a message that will actually work and be readable by the Emily Whites of the world. No one will be offended that their pet response point didn't make it in --- everyone's on board with having the most effective response possible, not the longest or most complete one :-). The Free Culture movement has nothing to apologize for. It's one thing if Emily White wants to make choices about whether to download or not; it's another thing when David Lowery wants to *take away* Emily's choices, in the service of a monopolistic business practice that wasn't even designed to help artists in the first place. We're the ones advocating for Emily's freedom to choose, not David. Good luck!
