If you are using gmail, twitter, facebook, laptop, and a smart phone with a data provider, that you didn't build yourself, there is no excuse that can stand up to a notion that the best of the breed tools and resources help all of us move forward.

I fundamentally disagree with this. If you had said this in front of me, I could not promise I would not seriously injure you before I could inhibit the impulse.

We can, and should, construct our machines from sand, rocks, trees, plants and scrap.

We can, and should, take hold of our own fates and destinies, rather than put our trust in Google, and rely on that organization, or any other.

It will not be long before Google, like all other commercial enterprises, submits to the same pressures and inclinations as any other commercial data host. It certainly does not fill me with confidence when it is common knowledge that Google is before all other things an advertisement company.

No, Google-user, I think we can forge our own path, seize fate by the throat, and innovate without interference, as we always have, and always will.

Begone.
