The device is getting handled by the generic HID device which is probably
wrong. Unfortunately I'm not in front of a computer right now and I don't see
a specific USB device string. But when you know it you can try to use it with
update_drv -a -i {alias} usbwcm where {alias} is the appropriate device alias.
However this will not work if the device isn't actually compatible with the
usbwcm driver which I think might actually be fairly likely.
To figure that out probably requires some level of research against one of the
other free operating systems. It helps also to have access to hardware for
testing.
To be honest these are kind of desktop devices and definitely receive second
class support compared to server hardware.
Maybe you can find a developer who can help you further. I could try but to be
honest I'm not very much inclined since I don't have this hardware myself.
