I believe the difference here is that zpool list is telling you how much
space is not currently in-use on the pool (e.g. not allocated on-disk), so
when you have anything that is a reservation (including, IIRC, a zvol which
has not used its entire volsize/refreservation), there can be a difference
between zpool list and zfs list.

There's also probably other accounting things that differ, but that's the
biggest one I'm aware of, and the one that I would guess is involved here.
