Keep in mind that zpool list shows you all the space in the pool including
the space that is reserved for metadata (~3%), while zfs list will show you
what space is available for each filesystems.

It's true you're out of space for everything except dpool/swap. It must
have a reservation of 8GB. Factor in another 8GB reserved by the pool, and
that's the 16GB of free space that zpool list shows.
