IPS's biggest issues for us are that it's incredibly slow to resolve and 
install packages, and the inability to disable new boot environment creation 
for some packages makes automatic deployment with Chef or Puppet a nightmare. 

As far as the name, it's the fact that it's off putting and confusing to 
potential converts because Indiana comes loaded with strong existing cultural 
references.
