What we did at Nexenta for 4.0 (if it ever ships) is *add* to that some 
statement about Nexenta.  I'd love to put a message there about the illumos 
foundation, if we ever get one going.  Believe me, no one is more rankled about 
the Oracle copyright notice than I am -- its ugly and inconvenient, but I think 
we have to keep it there.
