Haha! Actually I think both of these may be problems. As Richard Lowe said,
I'm not sure this is a big enough problem to worry about. Its annoying sure,
but at the end of the day, its not really that big of an issue. If you care
enough about it, feel free to reimplement the functionality in the file from
scratch, and then we can nuke the file *and* its copyright. :-)
