Hi, Besides what's already available in PC Suites (PIM Sync, Backup/Restore, Media transfer, Firmware upgrade, application installer etc) I want following additional things in my PC Suite.
1. Establishing connection between the phone with the PC should be a snap. Not more than 5 seconds. 2. When I connect the phone, tell me what software needs updates. There should also be an option to download the new updates as they become available in the background and install them when I connect my phone thus reducing the update time. [Add this only if the phone software (firmware and/or applications) can be upgraded] You also might want to consider having only those features that make sense for the market to which the phone is targeted. Nokia PC Suite, for example, overwhelms me. I'd say "less is more" when it comes to PC Suites.
