We are doing a project related to energy use and are looking for people who live in Boulder, CO and are part of the Smart Grid City energy program there. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on how to find people in this pilot program?
We are on a limited budget and have posted on Craigslist in Boulder and have asked all our friends, changed our status on various social networks to look for people. Any other thoughts on how to find these folks?
