We have a couple racks and recently needed to add real AC to the room.

They told us to seal the room up (we had fans circulating air in and
out), and we got a unit similar to the Mitsubishi PKAA24KA4. Its
working fairly well for us. Though if the AC unit ever died, we'd
have to shut everything down pretty quick.

It would be more efficient if we could vent the cold air directly into
the front of the racks, but that's not in the budget.
