Dear Leon,

Let me ask you, why has the state and federal governments since, at least 1975,
not made criminal law stronger for Identity Theft back in that time frame
in-order to at least slow down the interest in this personal violation ?  This
is an easier and more profitable robbing than holding up a brick and motor
Bank, today.  Is this funding other criminal activities ?

How about the seven year long robbing of banks and other companies by the use
of SQL Injection that has been recently reported and is well documented and
also well know to the tune of over 300 Million dollars.  I know that CPAs look
at everything having a risk cost before they seem to say enough is enough.  Is
this another aspect to our current priorities ?

Along with what you have stated,  I ask why do we accept this level of mistrust
and abuse of the general public with this new technology and why has there been
no better mouse trap been built for us all to consider ?

Just a few questions along this same theme that I thought were related.  As
Admins, we are always trying to keep our responsibilities running and doing
their job, and it would be a big help if the governmental groups would be more
supportive to curb these activities and spy less on the general public.

I hope these questions and comments are accepted as a personal observation of a
US citizen and nothing more.

Regards To All,
Harvey

Well, EU privacy laws don't seem to have had much effect on the actions of the
UK's GCHQ. There's an international conspiracy at work to rob all the world's
people of their privacy. (And that may have sounded crazy not so long ago, but
there is factually no doubt about it anymore.)
