It sounds like the problems are a combination of the specific model of phone 
you're using, and/or the network you're on...  Did you buy phones from them?  
Try firmware updates?  AKA officially supported phones?  And what type of 
firewall are you using?

We have old cheap junky phones that we bought from them about 7-8 years ago.  
Aastra 6753i.  We were using a pfSense firewall till about 2 years ago, and 
then cutover to Cisco ASA.
