I migrated an ex-office from phonebooth.com to ringcentral. They were both mediocre. (And apparently backed by the same underlying company) phonebooth was a little simpler, ringcentral had some more features. The web interfaces were minimal and mediocre, barely adequate. Many things required phone calls to support, many things were met with "I'm sorry we don't support that" They met the minimum bar of letting my phones be outsourced, which probably added reliability. But it was not less work.
