I have used Password Safe and KeePass as well, the former for personal purposes. My home desktop runs Linux and I use Loxodo for Password Safe v3 files there.

KeePass is used by my group at work because it supports synchronizing when saving an update and there have been other writes to the database since it was opened by that client. That's a critical feature for my group as we're a SaaS/cloud/managed hosting provider and each customer means at least a dozen unique credentials which we must track (our KeePass DB is over 700KB at present.)
