live viewing is likely to not include a lot of the members in any case. not all chapters are going to be able to meet at the same time (especially across time zones)
Think about trying to get the presenter to give the presentation once, and then schedule several Q&A sessions so the chapters can schedule a viewing of the presentation and then have a live Q&A with the presenter (and if you can transcribe the Q&A of the prior sessions so that the poor presenter isn't answering the exact same question every time, so much the better)
