Yep, and this is along the lines of what I was sayingbefore about
non-repudiation. Signatures aren't about authorization, they're about
authentication -- and what you want in a payment system, I think, is more
like authorization, i.e. you want a way to stop other people from making
unauthorized charges against your accounts.
