If all you need is Domain Validation, https://letsencrypt.org/ looks
interesting. I haven't tried it myself, but know some folks who have.
Can't beat the price. :^)
I've used namecheap.com for Comodo DV certs, and they seemed fine for my
very modest needs. They also do RapidSSL and Thawte if you don't like Comodo.
