I’m using the Namecheap RapidSSL for my personal site and it works well.

I’m not a huge fan of letsencrypt’s 90 day cert length, especially since some 
of the automation isn’t entirely figured out. Also letsencrypt doesn’t to 
wildcards (yet?).
