Wow limesurvey does look good (doesn't good documentation make a difference when looking at new software? ha). Seriously though, I did play a little with their demo service...and I notice that they do offer cheap hosting (250 "responses" for $22, no other fees, no monthly anything, basically we pay by use) https://www.limeservice.com/en/pricing I think we should strongly consider using their hosting instead (and avoid configuring mysql/php on an over-used VM of ours like the AdhocVM).
