In keeping with established procedures, I am going to point out that this
is a "painting the bike shed" thread.

Classify information as publicly publishable, semi-private but unprotected,
or confidential.

Distribute information appropriately.

If information got out that shouldn't have, it's done. If private
information needs to be distributed, either put it on a secure file server
and give out access appropriately, or email it directly (not through the
lists).
