I think the problem we are trying to solve here is that: often times there are issues that are brought up in a previous meeting and a 'take-away' has been given to one of the members, then when the next meeting comes around we forget to follow up with the issue and things eventually get forgotten about.
My best suggestion for solving that problem is to make a bullet point list if those take-aways in the current weeks agenda, this way people who have take-aways can follow up via email if the will be absent for the meeting.
