Thank Apple for choosing yet another non-open proprietary lossless 
format. BTW, this is exactly what the marketing guys at Apple want, 
people choosing only Apple stuff because it plays so badly with other 
devices. Do a few tests:

- Try a wired connection.
- Convert one of your files to flac and see if it still stutters.

It will narrow down the problem.
