I'm not sure why but sometimes it's so slow that that it really bugs me and others it's so fast that I wonder what I was thinking why was I ever upset. Like Sean said there are so many factors with an open system but I like being able to have someone create things that benefit me that a closed system can not. It's so much cooler that the wait can be written off most of the time. Sometimes it's just a version that happens to run slow and an upgrade can do the trick. Play around with it as it is fluid not static. You'll start to understand it the more you play with it I believe.
