Is this an IP conflict what is the IP of router what is the IP of the SB3.
Or is it firewall antivir problem, sometimes firewalls can be triggered to block all access when they are unhappy enough. What did you have before install of 7.2 did you have a version so old that it was named slimserver instead of squeezecenter ?
