I have never run a Shoutcast server so I can't really be much help. Note that this is not something sent in the server headers, but in the Icy metadata. I believe Radio Paradise uses a homemade script that invokes some sort of Shoutcast admin utility to change the StreamTitle and StreamUrl values.
