Yes, but iPeng doesn't generate particularly much traffic. It's probably like an average Web page for the data itself plus 450 (small) images (3 at a time) when syncing the database. It generates load on the server because the server has to do database queries, but the query results are a few 100 KB max and the number of requests should be below 100. Nothing that should disturb a router, if I start Firefox and load my 46 open tabs that will be much, much more traffic.
