I've got a variety of active speakers: Kitchen: Creative Gigaworks T20 - PC orientated but good in a smaller room. Very pleased with the sound.
Office: Aego M - very pleased with this set-up Lounge: M-Audio BX5a - studio near field monitor. Not as good a sound as I hoped but this may be due to operating them mainly at low volumes.
