Is animation playback too fast? I had a lot of experimenting around this because I didn't want it to be too slow (I don't want people to skip the animation, but of course it should not be too slow. My compromise is that the automatic progressing is disabled whenever you manually go "back" or "next" so that you can decide on your own speed.

Judging from the number of threads on the issue this seems to be a general 7.4 problem. I also have a few of these, yet then I always did.
