On the drive that has multiple listings - is your music as separate tracks plus a CUE file? Are there M3U files? I -think- CUE files get treated as a second instance, even if the track has already been scanned. I'm pretty sure M3U files are not - but I'm not sure about that. If you do have CUE files, go to server settings / advanced / file types and add CUE (and maybe m3u?) to the box labeled "Disabled Audio File Extensions". Hope that helps...
