All SbS settings and player settings are stored in a single location: the prefs directory. Just back it up. It contains: - server.prefs. This is the most important file and contains both server and all player settigns. - log.conf. Contains logging level settings. Not very important, as deleting it just resets the logging levels to their defaults. - clientplaylist_[mac_address].m3u files. Each player's playlist. - favorites.opml and favorites.opml.bak. Saved favorites. - The plugin directory, with: - state.pref. The enabled/disabled state of installed plugins. - [plugin_name].pref files. Settings for each plugin. It's all contained in just one folder. Copy or backup that one folder and you have a complete server backup. -- JJZolx Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74819 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
