Hi Dan, Differences between SBS and ACC have been reported before and could almost always be related to a tagging issue. In this case I expect that 11 albums have either no artist or album name specified. I would suggest you let a tagging program scan your complete music directory and then sort by artist and again on album. I think you may find the clue...
