I've been giving this some thought lately as well. What I'd like to see, and what Logitech certainly aren't likely to offer, is a device which presents itself as an iPod so that I can use the iPod connectivity functionality in my head unit to navigate the local installation of SBS, which would be rsync-ed back to the main library if my home wireless access point was available at the time the ignition was switched off, before it powered itself down. I've seen some reverse-engineered documentation on the iPod interface so I might take a look and see how easy it would be to implement on a little micro, as the remainder of the solution would be quite straightforward. -- paulster Problem with Controller buttons occasionally ceasing to work?
