The issue, as already mentioned earlier in this thread, is that some users are going to be satisfied with the basics and won't buy the third party offering when they can get the basics for free from Logitech. The result on longer terms could be that third party developers no longer feel that it's worth to compete with Logitech since a significant part of their income probably comes from the users that deside to use the Logitech provided solution. So, even though a Logitech provided Android app might feel like a good idea, I am a bit worried about the consequences on longer terms. Hopefully I'm just unnecessary worried, but...
