Get ShairPlay4w, configure and install it as service (at least true if you are running a Windows box as Squeeze server), do sound setup, then enable the WaveInput Plugin and create a favourite. Done! Works like a charm. :-)
Oh... Make sure you have valid Sound I/O on the server first. I had to actually buy a soundcard to get it.
