Thanks Gary.

Are you saying that if the last number in the IP address is less than
100 then it is fixed? If so then mine is fixed. I have the same IP
address appearing in the Squeezebox Server Status page as I do in the
Networking pane in System Preferences on the Mac, and as far as I know
it doesn't change.
