When thinking about missing features, new hardware devices came to my mind first.
But besides the missing devices, a decent integrated library management is missing, too. Music playing functionality should not be separated from music management functionality. Playing music with LMS, ripping and managing the library with additional aplications (dbpoweramp, itunes, mediamonky, ...) is fun for the experienced user, but it's a pain for the normal user.
