For me, as a somewhat new user it is very frustrating getting support so it seems pretty dead. Good luck getting a reported bug fixed unless you get everyone on this forum to complain/vote about it and therefore don't even dream about a new feature request.
I would just like playlist groups (hierarchy) and predefined genre shuffle playlists (smartlists or whatever you want to call them).
