First check the BBCiPlayer plugin version. What version is installed ? Cache location depends on the OS. With Windows there is a conrol application which can clear the cache. The WebUI Setting/Info tab gives the cache location at the end of the page but depending your installation and plugins etc. you may not want to clear all caches/
