What do you mean by "input"? Both play 24/96, I can't tell what SqueezePad actually outputs but iPent will also output 24/96 through USB if (and that's a big if) your dock supports it.
With old iPads you had to use the Camera Connection Kit for this, with new ones you need CCK or a dock that natively supports the Lightning connector. I've seen a few (Zeppelin Air seem to be one, for example) recently but they are still pretty rare.
