Yoemanspc has given you a spot on shopping list there. If you have a spare phone charger (over 2a) or a router with a powrered usb you might not need to buy a charger. If you want to power a hdd then i cant stresss any stronger the need to get a very good power supply.
Go to somewhere like modmypi or the official rpi shop to get the supply. Everything else is should be fine to get elsewhere. The case is For style only its not needed. The pi i have running lms in in my attic space so no box..the other 3 around my home do have them. Also if you need it to be wireless do some research on wifi adapter that work before you buy. Great little toy to mess about with and almost impossible to break!
