oops! I am an EE and never heard of "arms" for amps RMS. Maybe an international thing? Agree that it's just for testing, but pretty cool. More of a "how much is that extra refrigerator/freezer costing us?". I've got a SB radio sitting here I am going to plug into it....once I find it....
