I cant resist saying - is the counterbalance properly adjusted? Seriously. Are these USB 3 ports? I saw somewhere that the perceived wisdom is to not use USB 3 for Audio DACs but instead use USB 1 or 2. The Pi 4 has both USB 3 (blue) and USB 2 and Im sure I read a technote to ensure you use USB 2 for audio.
