Did you try a factory reset of the SB3 yet? Always works for me when I have connection issues, and has worked for others too. Disconnect power, hold down Add, connect power, wait for "Factory Reset" on screen, release Add.
Do that with WEP/WPA/MAC filtering all off (DHCP on) and see what happens.
